International expertise: 3 countries, 3 different cultures

The backbone of public transport networks in the largest cities in the world, the metro is the mode of transport in which we have international expertise, with operations in France, India, and South Korea.

From operation to maintenance, from passenger information to customer services, from marketing to ticket sales… we operate two highly challenging networks in Asia:

1 line in Mumbai

In Mumbai, 80% of workers use the metro every day. Since 2014, we have provided passengers a metro line that is reliable, safe and connected to other transport modes. We designed the Mumbai metro to complete and decongest the existing public transport system.

Awarded several prizes for its quality of service and innovative solutions, Line 1 of the Mumbai metro received the “Best Metro of the Year” award in 2016 from the Indian Chambers of Commerce.

Automatic metro: CDGVAL and LISA, two strategic assets

In France, we have been operating two automatic metro lines at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport since 2014: a zero-emission solution at the centre of one of Europe’s largest airports. Accessible 7 days a week, CDGVAL serves 5 stations in 8 minutes and enables travellers to move freely between terminals, stations and car parks at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle. LISA links terminal 2E to the S3 and S4 boarding satellites, bypassing customs.
